Rates by Uniform
Every booking is a complete, professional housekeeping service. The rate varies by the uniform or costume you select — and each housekeeper sets her own within the range for that style. The standard of the clean does not change. All services are fully clothed and non-contact.
The clean is the same at every rate
Pick the fantasy; the wardrobe is what changes. The cleaning, the standards, and the boundaries are identical across every tier. Each housekeeper prices her own styles — her exact rates are on her profile.

How your rate is set
Each housekeeper is an independent contractor and sets her own hourly rate for every style she offers, within the range shown above. Her exact rates are on her profile, and the full total — hours, supplies and travel — is shown before you send a request. Nothing is charged until she accepts.
- Priorities
- Tell her what to do first — inside the fridge or oven, interior windows, bathroom grout, kitchen cabinets, baseboards. They are not priced separately: they come out of the hours you book, with an estimate so you book enough. She works your list in order.
- Supplies
- You provide them by default — a vacuum or broom, a mop and an all-purpose cleaner is enough. Ask her to bring hers and a flat $30 is added to your total — she keeps all of it. Everything is paid through the platform; you never hand her money.
- Travel
- Banded by the distance from her base to your address. Short trips across town are free; longer ones add a fee shown in your total before you book.
- Two-hour first visit
- A housekeeper's first visit to your home is at least two hours, so there is time to walk the space and still do the job properly. Once she has cleaned for you, you can book her again for as little as an hour.
- Paid once she accepts
- You pay the full total to confirm — no deposit, no balance later. Within 5 days of the appointment we only hold the amount on your card and take it when the job is done; further out, it is charged when you confirm.

Important Information
First-Time Booking Policy
First Visit Minimum: 2 Hours
All new clients receive our full attention and care during the first visit. To ensure a complete, high-quality experience — including a walkthrough, custom requests, and safety verification — a 2-hour minimum applies to all first-time bookings.
Once a housekeeper has completed a job in your home, you can book her again for as little as one hour. The two-hour minimum applies per housekeeper, so it starts over the first time you book someone new — it is her first visit to your space, not your first booking with us.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services and booking policies.
Why is there a 2-hour minimum for first-time visits?
A first visit includes a walkthrough of your space and a run through any custom requests, and we would rather that not eat the whole appointment. It is a one-off: after she has completed a job in your home, you can book that same housekeeper for as little as one hour.
What is included in the service?
Every booking is a regular clean of your space, performed in the uniform you select: Kitchen: counters, stovetop, sink, cabinet fronts and the outside of appliances; Bathrooms: toilet, shower and tub, sink, mirror and floor; Floors throughout: vacuumed or swept, and mopped; Dusting: surfaces, shelves and sills within reach; Beds made, trash emptied and bagged; Tidying as she goes. Anything you want done first goes in as a priority when you book. All services are fully clothed and non-contact.
How do I book a service?
Browse the housekeepers, open the one you want, and send a request with your style, hours, address and time. Nothing is charged then — she reviews it, and you pay only once she accepts.
Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees. The hourly rate covers the cleaning and the chosen uniform, and each housekeeper sets hers within the range shown above — her exact rates are on her profile before you book. The price is her hours at her rate — priorities like the oven or interior windows are not priced separately; they come out of the hours you book, with an estimate so you book enough. The only things on top are a $30 supply fee, only if you ask her to bring supplies, and a travel fee on longer trips across Houston. Both are shown before you send a request.
